KIDS REQUIREMENTS:

There still are a few requirements that must be met to get on the wait list.

Kids Requirements

1. Must have a life altering special need
2. Must have parent or guardian permission
3. Must be accompanied by responsible adult
4. Must be able to understand, respond and obey commands of the pilot (if you want to be in the front seat)
5. If you can meet these simple requirements and have any form of disability or special need and are between the ages of 6 and 20 years of age (if you have a question about the age requirement, please call us), enter all information into the form below, then download and complete the appropriate waiver and bring it with you to the registration desk the morning of the event. EVERYONE attending the event must sign a waiver. If you are bringing a friend whose parent will not be with you, your friend's parent/legal guardian must sign the waiver before you arrive.

Waiver of Liability for a participant/child. Keep in mind the LEGAL parent or guardian must sign for each minor.

Use this form to let us know you want to be added to our wait list. If a cancellation occurs and we have room, we will contact you to apply to our regular registration. All of our requirements must be met.

Please be aware that can provide this service only to children with special needs or disabilities that are within the age range of approximately 6 and 20 years of age. Each particpating Sky Kid must have a responsible adult accompany them in the aircraft. If you have a question about the age requirement, please call us. Each participating Sky Kid may bring ONE sibling or friend, depending on aircraft capability and availability.
